The hotel is in a perfect location, right next to the Dubai International Airport and with direct access to the Festival City Mall, which made it super convenient. The staff were really good, always polite and very helpful. I did experience some minor issues with noise from nearby areas and some delays during busy times, but these did not overshadow my overall enjoyment.
