i really enjoyed my stay! the breakfast included many choices. i especially liked the soft and firm pillow labeling (that was such a great idea!). the location is ideal since it is connected to a great shopping center.

the children's play area closes very early at 6 pm, and i felt that was not ideal. it really limited our time there.

the staff was friendly and very accommodating. i found the breakfast well-organized, especially considering how busy it was. the location was also quite convenient, being so close to the festival city mall. access to the airport was also a plus for me, saving a lot of travel time.

My stay felt wonderfully seamless. the attentive staff always addressed my needs promptly. i appreciated the restaurant. The menu offered diverse choices.. i found exactly what i wanted. the location offered convenient access to various attractions.

i found the limited availability of english movie channels somewhat disappointing. more options would have greatly enhanced the in-room entertainment experience.

the hotel includes a well-equipped gym with three treadmills alongside two stationary bikes. there is also an outdoor swimming pool measuring approximately 20 meters in length, perfect for leisurely swims. the pool area provides about twenty loungers, complemented by a shaded section for relaxation.
